This step-by-step guide should help you easily and securely upload your videos to our scripting pipeline. Remember, your videos' safety and the speed of our scripting process depend on following these instructions. Happy uploading!

Step 1: Generate SSH Keys

Before you can upload any videos, you will need to create SSH keys for secure file transfer and authentication. Here are two popular command-line tools to generate these keys:

1. ssh-keygen from OpenSSH: Guide Here

Please ensure that you only send us the public key.

Important Notice: If you're not familiar with these tools, there are online key generators available. However, please be aware that using online tools is less secure. If you decide to use an online tool, ensure you only use these keys for our upload server. Never add these keys to any other systems to avoid potential security breaches. Step 2: Set Up Filezilla

Filezilla is a secure FTP client that we recommend for uploading files. It is supported on Windows, Mac, and Linux. You can download it from here.

After installing Filezilla, set up the upload site using these properties:

• Go to File > Site Manager > New Site
• Input these details:
  • Host: 142.93.239.5
  • Port: 22
  • Protocol: SFTP
  • Logon Type: Key file
  • User: YOUR_USER_NAME (Replace this with your actual username provided by us)
  • Key file: (Select your private SSH key file)

Step 3: Organize Your Files

When logged in to Filezilla, you'll see the following folders:

• /upload
• /upload/_vr_
• /upload/_flat_

To help our system understand your files, ensure to include _vr_ or _flat_ in the file name or path. Here are three ways to do this:

1. Folder-based Classification: Upload VR videos to /upload/_vr_ and flat videos to /upload/_flat_.
2. File Name Classification: Include _vr_ or _flat_ in your file names. For example: video1_vr_.mp4 or video2_flat_.mp4.
