Install packages before we are on NPM

Select the package in the utils repo: https://gitlab.com/sweettechas/platform/handyfeeling-utils/-/packages
Set registry setup to Project-level
Copy the register command and run it in your project folder. Example:

echo @ohdoki:registry=https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/70424522/packages/npm/ >> .npmrc
